Edit - $150?! Damn... is it worth it or are they jacking this up, too?
as always, the "worth it" part is up to you.

That's the MSRP - $150, apparently:

did you get any?
It sold out in less than an hour, unlike the bourbon which lasted for weeks if memory serves.

Nah, I passed. Seems like not a terrible deal as it can be had for about $200 shipped on the secondary market. I just don't feel like dropping that much on more bottles while I am pretty stocked up. Also, I am stocked up on rye and I might go in for another taste of THH tonight. That stuff is like crack.

Michter's 10 is not very good IMO. But Michter's 20 is incredible.

Had my 1st pour of the 20 yr. a few weeks back, delish indeed!
Better be w/a $450 MSRP! Never seen one in the wild though.
Lovely start to the day here!

Although I'm sure no one cares, another 65 or so bottles of tha ($200) Elijah Craig 18 Year popped up in the Pa. online store.
The last batch did eventually sell out, but it took weeks at that price.

I feel compelled to report these things.
::coughs "NERD"::

The Heaven Hill Mellow Corn is back too, and that's only $12.99.

also - I like the other side of that Taylor box even more:

Pretty happy with this haul from my recent trip to Japan that made it safe and sound back with me back to Oz. I missed out on the LE Yama 18's at the airport - but I consoled myself by picking up two of the LE Hankshu 18's instead - plus a few others along the way :)

Great Haul!

How much are these out there? Specifically the regular Hakushu and Yamazaki 18s? Those LE boxes are cool, but we never see them in the UK

I just cracked open a Glendronach 15 Year Revival last weekend, and it really is as good as they say. Wonderful stuff.

The Limited Editions of the Yamazaki and Hankshu are 50,000 JPY each (350GBP/$450USD). The LEs are only available duty free at selected airports in Japan.
The 2016 LE Yamakzaki's were 10,800 JPY (GBP75/$100USD) each which was too hard to pass up :) I got these 2016 LEs as the Isetan Dept Store at Kyoto Station. And as a visitor i was able get the 8% sales tax back on these three to. :)

That price is unreal! I'd have nabbed as many of those as possible. You're looking at £250+ over here. Great scores. :pint:

Thanks mate.
I would have grabbed a few more if the store had more to sell. They retail for about AUD$450+ in Australia (if you can find them) - so when saw them I had to grab the three they had left.

One of my buddies got me some 2016 LE Yamakzaki as a birthday gift. I wish I turned 35 every year.
