Michter's worth it? I love the Lee.

Also, I don't see the Elmer anywhere.

Probably, based on current pricing trends.
For 5 years ago, no.

The ETL was sold out pretty much by the time I made the initial post - I thought I'd updated it, but the page was still there.

Oh OK, I saw the '14 special edition version so I wasn't sure if the regular was what you were talking about. Reading the reviews, I think I might have to pick up a bottle or two.
Is it a yearly release?

EDIT: Picked one up... why not.

I managed to get 2 750's of Weller Antique, 1 750 bottle of Weller Reserve and 2 1.75 bottles of Old Weller Reserve a few weeks ago. The Antique comes out swinging that is for sure. My preference is the Reserve. Lots of Vanilla and Carmel notes.

I'd probably buy the Michters 10 just to try it ...though there are a lot of other 10 year age statement whiskies out there Like Russels, Weller & Rebel Yell that are a great value (if you can find them).

Barrell batch 9 (13 years old) is a sweet jam for under $100. I just scored a batch 6 last night that's none too shabby either.

So glad I don't have room for a display like that.
I like to keep my collection out of the light anyway.

I have a hard time deciding every night - half the time I hit "bottle-lock" while staring at my open ones and can't pick (because I want them all) so I don't drink.

Congrats man, great grab. Always feels good to win a raffle. First one I ever won was a 2014 George T Stagg for $35.
