Oooh - just saw this thread pop up to the top... Gonna have to take some time and read all the way through it!

Let's see - favorite new topping - balsamic glaze reduction (balsamic vinegar cooked down - it sweetens it up). Drizzle this on your pizza - totally awesome. I'll post the recipe for it after I track it down.

What is your favorite "new" topping?
