Assuming it’s the goods gimme a plain Brooklyn style. Or a sausage and onion Sicilian. Or a pepperoni Detroit style, extra caramelized. Oh goodness.

The Bear - from Pizza Lucé

From their menu,
"The Bear |
This is what it feels like to win a meat raffle! This Bear is loaded with Italian sausage, pepperoni, marinated chicken, ground beef and Canadian bacon with mozzarella on red sauce. Not recommended for vegetarians."

Some Detroit style joints finally popping up in Pittsburgh, and had this the other night:

Packard Pepperoni with red sauce, mozzarella, pickled chiles, pepperoni, hot honey. The chiles and honey worked so well together.

Looks good. Sauce to cheese ratio seems off tho.

^ this. Some sauce should be exposed to direct heat. Also, I’m from the school that chz should be a topping, not an island floating on top of the sauce. Now sauce not all the way to the crust, that’s just lazy

You also run the risk of the cheese sliding off on the first bite...it should grip the crust a little for unity

Chz will only slide if there’s too much, like an island. I’m partial to only a few pieces of fresh mozzarella spread around, like you do pep. Only in American do we load it up with all that chz
