This might be one of the funniest videos I have ever seen. I dont know if it has been posted yet. It is of a dude getting arrested for DUI and he is already handcuffed and there are two officers reading him his rights regarding breathalizers and what-not. And he keeps interrupting the officer and telling him about how itchy his nuts are. and since he is handcuffed her cant scratch them, so he wiggles his legs and inner thighs together to try and scratch them and the cops are cracking up and cannot believe what they are seeing.

What is most important to focus on is the dude's legs as the cops talk to him.
