Dropped cable last month and went 100/100 for $40/month. I concur.

Yup, we dropped it last October when the fiber went in. No contract, rates stay the same, and no more drymounting comcast.

That's odd. I have Spectrum (though it's a grand-fathered in Time Warner account), and I have twice the download. Though I have a third the upload. That 100 upload speed is nuts.
So it goes...

We could get gig/gig if I really wanted it. But we dont need it for the twenty extra bucks a month. 100/100 is all a normal person needs. Amazon Fire TV only needs I think 15 megs to stream 4K, so even jumping through an extender we can stream 4k without issue.

Toronto chef butchers, eats deer leg in front of animal rights protesters outside his restaurant

Luls at the whole situation. This esecially:
And ultimately, they want the restaurant, all restaurants, to go totally vegan.

I mean, environmentally speaking, it would make a whole hell of a lot of sense if as a country we went with deer/venison over cow/beef. There is a big over-population problem with deer (at least in the Northeast US). I know there are tons of regulatory things that would have to happen and eventually it would be the same as the beef industry problem, but right now, if restaurants and butchers starting buying venison from hunters instead of beef from giant cattle farms, we'd be doing everyone a huge favor. :D

I lolled.

But venison is pretty great. And bison too. I get ground bison for burgers and chili and red sauce way more than beef.

Bison is awesome, so is elk! First time I had bison was on a date, who I wasn't aware was a vegitarian, and she brought her roomate who was vegan. It was served in a red sauce which made it look bloody, and it was AWESOME, one of the best pieces of meat I've ever eaten. I have no regrets...

I'd rather eat venison over cow any day. In fact, all the ground meat in our freezer is venison.
