another thing I just noticed on the ap is that around the letters there's an extra layer of shading to the left of the blues. I'm not sure if it was meant to be there or if the red background overlapped the blue a bit and formed the borders since the red on ap isn't near as dark as the regular sp. Pictures will be up in 30minures or so after I walk the dog

here's pictures of the regular sp, there were a few other areas around the border that has alot more white like the first picture

i'm not sure why imgur is rotating some of my pictures .... here's the AP, much cleaner lines, no irregularities in the red, and has that darker red shadowing right left of the blue

That "extra" layer is called trapping and is the result of two colors overlapping each other. Trapping is done on purpose to reduce the margin of error when making screen prints multiple colors/layers.
