Yep - the prices are for the entire set, not just the poster. It looks like people are just buying the first listing they see because there's a ton of the sets with the poster that are BIN right around $150-160, which is well under what a lot of them are selling for.

We had a few people drive down from New York to grab the Pollock Editions. Once word spread that they were going for upwards of $250 everyone in the store wanted one. I'm not sure if it was the price that deterred people from originally buying the Pollock edition over the regular but the last Pollock went around 1PM (opened the store at 9AM). It's for sure not the print itself, 2,500 run is quite substantial more so the lack of distribution to certain areas IMO. Plus crazy ass dedicated Phish heads. Speaking of a gold mine on record store day, check out that Jack White release

This space is for art comments, not sales - and for a totally different Pollock.haprojector wrote:I'm selling a Pollock print from 10 24 10 if anyone's interesting

Thank god I did't have to get one of these off ebay. I failed on record store day but scored a reg. and a pollock edition yesterday from store restocks.

Also the art work inside the LP is cooler then, or as cool as the actual print, that I do really like too. Just a lot of Pollock work I have never seen before, a lot of fun to open up.
