Good luck, they haven't responded to me. Anyone heard from them about damage ?
No response here. I've tried calling countless times and my emails have been bounced back. Probably just let paypal and my credit card company deal with these f'in idiots.
I was planning on contacting them but looks like I'm going to have to take this route as well. arghh

Sounds like they are ignoring phone calls or contact. If you go the PayPal claim route, I would assume they are going to ignore those as well. I would suggest escalating your cases to PayPal when you open the claims. Otherwise, they will probably sit for the 30 days.

Add me to the list of people who received a damaged poster.
Tube is in perfect condition but the lid of the tube came in cracked upon delivery. I opened the print and found 4 different creases. 2 are vertical (1 near the lower 1/3, 1 near the top 1/4 of the print.) and 2 roll creases (1 on both ends) plus recieved a crushed corner. Pics have been sent back to them.

Received mine today. Looks like it was stomped on. Having the super thin walled tube didn't help.

Immediately emailed the Gallery and just as quickly received a bounced back message saying the mailbox is full.

I guess Paypal will help resolve this.

I got an apologetic email from the gallery today.
They asked for detailed pics of the damage and the tube.
Sent them , i guess i'll wait to see what they have to say.
Or maybe not , unable to send full email box.

I got "lucky" with only a minor case of Gorilla Grip. 4 small aligned creases down the right side. The most noticeable is one in the red on top, but like my 67 pontiac, it looks fine from 10 feet away. with the number that were truly buggered by the gallery, I imagine there won't be many in as good condition so I'm gonna keep it.

meh

at least I don't feel the urge to fight it out for the 2nd edition. this'll just go into the Obey portfolio for a while.

Nothing like a good gallery-trashing to make the remaining mint prints rise in value. Wonder how many of the first edition survived unscathed.
