well that was an entertaining read.
My F/S Thread: http://forum.expressobeans.com/viewtopi ... 0&t=165165
Hell's horses! That was fast. The damned thing froze up and loaded to a blank page on Chrome, so I tried Firefox. Same thing. Desperately checked it on my iPhone (while on the same wifi) and everything went flawlessly!

Just read the past 34+ pages.
Exhibit A Gallery sucks.
Glad I didn't participate in this fudge show.
This release is approaching the status of the PCP Obey Peace Series 24+ hour debacle as one of the worst releases in recent history.
No one but ObeyGiant.com should be selling Obey prints.
No artist should trust random people (or galleries) to properly handle and ship their prints (see Olly Moss Double Ghost and Chuck Sperry Humanity Varnish Fine Arts).
Shipping prints in and of itself is an art and science and the task should never be trusted to those that don't care about the product.
Edit: Looks like PCP possibly just botched another release. I was just checking twitter and PCP tweeted: "LOVE ME Release pushed to tomorrow. Sorry people! "

Probably just let paypal and my credit card company deal with these f'in idiots.trarex wrote:Good luck, they haven't responded to me. Anyone heard from them about damage ?mllk wrote:sigh, thought mine came in good condition. looked good from the front. upon flipping to the back, i can see that one of the corner is damaged and some creases. tube came in pristine shape. Damage def done prior to shipment. sigh.. now gotta contact the gallery.
mine came damaged and have to say the gallery was nothing but professional after i contacted them. top notch customer service.
Print finally landed unscathed in Browns Town after some UPS drama, but it looks and smells like a brand new Obey piece. Really strong anti-war image to complement the peak of Metallica's musical arsenal, IMHO. Nothing beats a great piece of art to complement another. Hats off to Shep on this one.
Is the print with minor edge damage the same one you sold on ebay for $174.95 or the other u sold for $154.95..halftonegraphics wrote:Order number two arrived today. Minor edge damage. Definitely prior to packaging.
At least one flipper made money on these
