Over/under on time it takes for this thing to get spores growing on it in moderate humidity/temperature?

Seriously though, vacuum packed food on the shelf as an art piece is just too much for me. The price is also a bit insane for a run of 100 waffles that I'm sure weren't even prepared and cooked by the artist. He signed some silver cards and I'm sure someone else put these together...
POW on Friday is a better option imho..

they're vacuum sealed and as long as you don't take them into the sauna with you, i think it shouldn't be a real concern.

I want to see more close up pictures of this. Waffles are soft, vacuum packed stuff gets squished. I would be very surprised if they aren't a bit deformed and the ridges are flattened.
