Yup, medium-format cameras are wicked fun but beyond expensive to even rent.

Why was there a flaking issue with the inks in Sowers?

There was a "bad" roll of paper causing issues.

White on white is classic Keyes but doesn't work with our decor...so...I am using the same frame setup as my Sowers but a different mat choice would be cool.

What do you think?

Thanks...but it's just a crummy photoshop of stampede over my sowers frame. :)

Partial to the white, but the tan is a close runner up. Good luck!

Black frame with a white mat is my default choice but I agree with matt about the dark grey option, especially if it was floated on it.

I like that tan mat, I think that might be the direction I go. Was going to do the simple back frame/white mat, but second guessing now

Perhaps try a lighter shade of grey. Had several of my Keyes prints matted that way and it worked well.
Otherwise I like the white mat option you posted.
