Congrats to Bieber on AOTW! Well deserved!

Explain.

really? still havent figured out art of the week?

in a nutshell - someone; presumably justin drymounting beiber, made a vibrant and meaningful print for some phish shows. beibs donated his vibrant and meaningful masterpiece to a charitable organization, to be exchanged for a small donation. many people saw the print on display at the booth for this organization, and obviously they liked it enough to vote for it for aotw.

Emek gives us another Decemberists fine art piece.
Sperry unloads a beaut for Shonen Knife.

It's a shame people can't understand or appreciate the beauty of its simplicity.

Bieber uses negative space better than Banksy positively uses white space.

His typesetting is astounding, and will go down in history with the likes of Miedinger.

Plus, there is a hidden message in the print that could change your life and save the world, if only you could see it.

Van Gogh was not given the credit he deserved during his lifetime. It's nice to see we aren't making the same mistake with the Biebs.

I believe people had this same reaction in 1808 when Beethoven premiered his Fifth Symphony in Vienna. Luckily for us genius prevailed, it always does.
