I would have never thought to pull out that green for the matte. Man does that look terrific.

Agreed.
I wasnt really crazy about this until I saw that frame job.
It really compliments the piece.

just got this print and it is a beut!! How did you get the print to flatten?? Seems like with the embossment its going to be tough to get flat...

Right now i have it in mylar buried under a half inch thick piece of glass!! About 50 lbs spread equally over the print... hope it works without flattening the actual embossment... thoughts??
I have spent 90% of my money on women and wine..........the rest i wasted.

Mine is in the centre of my picturesque portfolio with the weight of the other prints and about 30+ mondo 24 x 36 posters on top. To flatten the embossing would be a hard task and require extreme compression from both sides. Should be fine how you have it...

i dont think this print will ever be truly flat. my framer used a press under VERY LOW heat to flatten her out best he could but there is still a tiny wave in the print. cant do much about the roll unless you want to damage the embosing effect. remember, the embossing is the money maker on this print, without it, you have one of those fugly-ass abbey rd prints :P

i would think 50lbs of glass on top may be a bit too heavey
