I can safely say ive never gotten more PMs than the last 18 hours after listing 3 Invaders for sale. The market is ridiculous right now.

Yep, check out Urban Art forum, multiple threads on Invader being the new Banksy since Banksys work has gone outside the price range of most collectors.

Invader has lower runs and less output lately so many are speculating this is a reason for his spike. Galleries can't get his work and collectors are driving it up as part of this speculation and hype.

Getting cold calls on Instagram about selling my sole Invader. Think I've posted it once, maybe twice back when I got it. Hunt is real.

that's actually pretty smart. If you find someone disconnected from the art scene, you can take them to the cleaners.

I didnt take someone to the cleaners (did get a pretty good price though), but that's how I found my Horkey Molted Foal sticker that I just picked up a month or so back.

I meant the other way around. Could easily offer half what the current going rate is, and an uninformed seller would still think they are getting paaaaaid.

So happy I pulled the trigger on this and a few others when I did, also didn't hurt picking up 3 Heavy Sea's for cost only a few months before Pejac took off :)
