A spokesperson at Bastard's label, Epitaph Records, had no further information regarding the appearance.
So I guess it's Courtney Love.

this seller sure is having a hard time. 
it ended yesterday unsold for $49.99 + $10 shipping...water damaged, but doesn't affect the image.
now, they just relisted it for $59.99 + $10 shipping.
Perhaps a BIN, or .99 cent auction might get you some money. It's not worth $49.99 + shipping....or even $30.00 IMO.
