I am pretty sure that was his way of trying to avoid some RIDICULOUS discussion of how the artists should price THEIR work in two separate internet forums like what happened last time. I really don't think that Jay or Aaron are in the business of wasting their time, resources and talents on projects that aren't going to help support their families.willg wrote:Hope he's joking.bathroommonkey wrote:I have no idea how to take this but Jay said this over in the tread

i do think it would be odd to not sell it but i can imagine not so crazy scenarios where it could go unsold.
in the end i do think Jay was just being silly.

if that would mean I'd have more time to save up for it, I'd be ok with itbathroommonkey wrote:i do think it would be odd to not sell it but i can imagine not so crazy scenarios where it could go unsold.

really just gifts. especially with the holidays on the way. although you could easily argue that they would still come out ahead selling and buying gifts. but i'm sure the two guys have large lists of people they could send a gift or thank you gift.tranito wrote:What scenarios are you thinking of?
That would be out of the ordinary, but possible. If so, it's a nice gesture. I mean for those who'll receive it. Everybody else is drymounted.
I'm not buying that just yet.
