AFAIK whether or not you get an AP is entirely random. I have ordered maybe 15 prints from Dan's site in the past few years and 3 or 4 have been APs. What I don't understand is why anybody gives a fudge. The APs are exactly the same as the rest of the run apart from the fact that they have the letters AP on them. I really do find it baffling.
this aggression will not stand, man.

I do believe this one may get framed.
Reminds me of the drive over Berthoud Pass on the way to WP with the Alpenglow up against the Continental Divide... too sweet :)

really cool how everyone can relate to this print, or has a memory of it in some way, reminds me of the drive home from Mt. Lemon in AZ, in the rockies. Great print. Cant wait to get it.

No doubt, this reminds me of summertime cruising on the windy roads of Vermont, windows down, sun setting...

I was thinking the same thing. I'm new to this whole obsession, but I find myself drawn to prints that I can relate to. First it was Danger because he draws creepy forests so well it's like he grew up next door to me. McCarthy is usually a safer more neutral choice, but this one reminds me so much of the Lake Tahoe area I couldn't pass it up. And I love the colors.

Another McCarthy classic in the making, D&L= :thumb: :thumb:  :notworthy: :pint:

considering the size and the outsourcing of printing I wonder if this run will be 555 too??
