When he took the first dose of acid ever he told his colleagues to keep an eye on him just in case.
He said later that he had no idea whether he would ever return to a normal state. There was a moment when he was tripping when he wondered if he would just stay that way for life.
Pretty freaky.

this blotter was supposedly made for some sort of event, i cant remember which. rumor is that the guy that made them promised to give grey some of the procedes but he never followed through. there are actually two that were made. if anyone knows where to find them please PM me. i have been looking for awhile. the one on the right can be purchased on a blotter art website but the quality is terribly compared to this pic.

Shakedown Gallery has some of these for $650, they have the last (25th of 25 foils for $1300); Original S/N Alex Grey government confiscated and what's back on the street of the 500 offsets over 20 years old for $750 ; for $1600 they have a reprint of the 18"x18" Purple Jesus for $1600 and perhaps a foil. Possibly a "Tears of Joy" 14 Grey 19.xx" x 24" for $650 free shipping. For those who celebrate or are celebrating Bicycle Day early or just hanging out.
