Maybe rather than specifying "museum" framing which I agree should be enough, "fully-reversible" should drive the point home. "No adhesives should touch this print!" I wonder how much extra they charged for the drymount service :wink: Hope you find a good replacement. Even if I never plan to sell it, it would still irk me so I know where you are coming from.

The majority of framers suck and try to do things as quickly and cheaply as possible. Ya really need to do your due diligence before choosing one.
