Maybe rather than specifying "museum" framing which I agree should be enough, "fully-reversible" should drive the point home. "No adhesives should touch this print!" You would think framers would know what museum mounting is.
The majority of framers suck and try to do things as quickly and cheaply as possible. Ya really need to do your due diligence before choosing one.
