I'm drunk. It's kind of nice to see some Jay regulars posting in the same thread for a change. We just need a truck appearance.

this is one that always eluded me, and I just kind of gave up on it. I saw the ebay listing and knew I wasn't going to be in for what I thought it would go for.....and then it went about $300 higher than that....there are quite a few old ones I want more than this one....so I am at peace with not having it in my collection.....but it's a damn fine poster....certainly considered a classic.

I was prepared to go 4 figures, but I wimped out when it came time to dance.
I must have checked this thread a dozen times during this auction to see if anyone else was going to say anything about it. lol
see y'all after next rare one sells.

Text at the top "Tonight we're gonna party like it's time to get the hell out of here. All this fuel. All these animals.

Text at the bottom "Secret Plan. Big drymounting Rocket. Leaving. My Idea. Filthy with things. They said they would come back."
"Clock ticking. Two of each. Last poster hand printed at Screwball Press' old shop. Chicago. 1998 J. Ryan"

Sold for below $700 here on EB a little over year ago. As always, right time, right place. I'm as happy as I'm heartbroken that I love this one as much as when I first laid eyes on it - and that I most likely will also not own, hang and see this one in the flesh in my lifetime. #firstworldproblems
