Pass on this one. Needs to be more Nightmare and less Christmas (IMO).

Give me a Florian Bertmer - Nightmare Before Christmas

But I guess, you-know, for the kids...

Edit: 8-year-old daughter just caught a glimpse of it. I guess I'm back "in"

I just got this print in the mail and finally opened it.

WOA....

First of all...

A 3" mailing tube with pinched ends instead of plastic end caps?
Why? To save a mere .25 - .50 on the cost?
Give us the option please. We will ALWAYS prefer plastic end caps.
Pinched ends are NOT a great way to package a print...

Inside, the poster is rolled to almost 1" thin?!
Why? Why not keep it a 3" roll which is MUCH easier to relax afterwards...
And then pinched ends for the craft paper too?
No no no no...this is not good at all!

My print has a HUGE flat spot on the bottom.
Frankly - whoever prepared these RUSHED and the results show.

Yes - it's only a $50 poster...
But it's the principal....

ACME:
The way you ship your product says what you think of your buyers.
We will not continue to support you and buy posters from you if you don't do a better job.
DO BETTER.

Arrived, semi-nice print, its missing something, but as for shipping

Crappy pack job, decent tube, 4" diam. but no ends caps, folded in ends and taped, but the killer was it was rolled way too tight, creased on both sides, just an over-zealous roller. Ugh, if was minimal creasing I would just keep it, but this one warrants a return. Oh Acme......

Got the print in the same shoddy packaging as everyone else. :hanging:

Print margins looked off, so I measured and sure enough, the left side is 2 mm thicker than the right :hanging: :hanging:

I've ordered stuff from Acme before (mainly character keys) and they always came packaged well.
Sucks to hear about the damage. I'm waiting on Dr Teeth and the package has disappeared from the tracking info. You cant call yourself a specialty art dealer if you dont know how to ship a print.

Acme are a bunch of amateurs :hanging:

Serious roll bends- the print has been under books for a week

JPEG color is really off on this one- the print is blue, not green
