Any artists who did a poster that is not listed above DID NOT DO AN OFFICIAL POSTER and are not part of the series.
New Series: HOF-06
I'd like to add that while a poster may not be on this list for one of the shows, it CAN still be "official" - just not part of this designated series (if it were commissioned by the venue or promoter for instance).
Tra la la la la...
excellent point Yamar!
BTW, i've started a "series" definition section in the Wiki...here for now, but as the Help section grows it may get a page of its own:

it means your not printing them and selling them in a parking lot at the showRichieGoodtimes wrote:What does 'official' mean?
not quite in this case...jojobadass wrote:it means your not printing them and selling them in a parking lot at the showRichieGoodtimes wrote:What does 'official' mean?
the "official" prints included in the HoF Series are listed above. there are other "official" prints for these High on Fire shows that may have been commissioned by the venue or promoter (eg. Nat Damm's Philadelphia poster) but they aren't part of this HoF poster series set up by the band.
welcome to the EB forums Richie!

Posters commsioned by the venue should only be used for promotion and not sold by the venue or the non commissioned artist unless the band decides its OK.
In this case any poster sold by someone other than the band or the commissioned artist is technically a bootleg of band merchandise as the bands name is on it.
Also, something to this nature is in the HoF rider, which all of the promoters on this tour received.
Thas why I questioned your definition of official. Official for promotion or official for sale?

a poster gets the "Official" designation on ExpressoBeans if it was comissioned by the Band, the Venue, or the Promoter. sales afterwards, whether allowed or not, don't affect a poster's designation on EB...though i agree with you on the technicality of being "bootleg" sales if they are sold without permission.RichieGoodtimes wrote:Posters commsioned by the venue should only be used for promotion and not sold by the venue or the non commissioned artist unless the band decides its OK.
