I mean, maybe if he wasn't constantly trying to troll the site and using a half dozen alts or so at any given time he might have a shot. It's the equivalent of repeatedly violating probation.

He's going to post regardless of whether he gets banned or not. He isn't malicious, nor is he a scammer. Just give the man his account back.
