By voting for a poster on the first page. Read the bit at the top.
After you vote for a print, it becomes the "carry-over champ" and is added to page 2...

So much good stuff. I carried the Ghost Ship for 10 pages or so but plumped for The Day Everything in the end. Looking forward to '08.

Malleus NIN/Tool led the way for a bit for me, then switch to the Ghost Ship, then to the Dutch Whale. But I was suprised by what I picked in the end - more that I thought about it and what my tastes have grown to, made more sense to me. It's also (in my opinion) one of if not the best fit for a band in my eyes for a gigposter this past year -- Mafia's SF Tool print.

Is your 1st choice the one you click on to go through the most pages or the one that is your 1st choice at the end of all the pages

Seems like a bigger variety of artists this year. It was hard to make a choice.

Nobody cares about my opinion, but...

I ended up with Horkey Boris. Something about that poster, it seems to just have turned gigposter-ing on its ass. You can barely even read the text, which oughta be pretty important, and nobody would have used those colors before - not for a heavy rock band. And it's 35" x 16"...tall. WTF. It broke every rule, but still works.

And it's fvcking beautiful.

I think there was better "art" - I think McCarthy did something special for printmaking in general with Everything/Nothing - but hey, Horkey/Boris just punched me in the gut. And that's how I hope everyone is voting.

Plus no matter how great some of that work is, it just doesn't do anything for me - I never liked Emek (to hippie-tech), Fairey, Banksy (neither of those guys does anything new or deep ~anymore), or Danger (always seems goth/emo to me), so that took out like 60% of the nominees right there :)
