How To - Edit/Change/Lock your For Sale thread

For best results, use the trading tools on the rest of the site when feasible. Post lifespan is 30 days. (Prints must be in hand).
Forum rules
Please refer to the Open Market Guidelines prior to posting in this forum.

New members must list art in your personal collection, use the member selling and trading tools, and contribute to discussion in the forums. After thirty (30) days from joining the site you may list your items for sale/trade in the Open Market. (Prints should be in-hand before posting.)

Current members in good standing, please limit your items for sale to one active thread. Notify mods before starting a new one. (Prints should be in-hand before posting.)

If your items are listed on eBay, please use EB's eBay link feature (directions here). This benefits the site directly and helps us keep this a free forum. Your thread may be updated (bumped) once. After this please contact the Global Moderators group by private message to have the thread bumped, locked or amended.

Please remember to only have one active sales thread at a time.

If you need to contact a moderator and get your old thread locked or any changes/amendments to your existing thread then follow these steps.
  • Click on the 'new messages' link at the top of the page and then click the button to compose a new PM.
  • On the PM composition page select 'Global Moderators' from the drop down list on the right and then click the 'Add' button. (See below)

  • You should end up with the 'Global Moderators' group showing in the 'To:' section of the PM composition page. (Example below)

  • Once you have followed these steps please give us as much relevant info as possible in the body of the message including; a link to your sales thread, any changes of price, items sold, items pending, new items to add, etc. Please supply the embedded image links to the items. If you don't know how to do that you can find a guide here..

Following these steps will enable the moderators to assist you more quickly as well as making their lives easier. Thankyou. :D
